Refund policy

Products from the DoH website are pre-order and custom-made at the current time. Because of the upfront cost of manufacturing and the labor-intensive work that goes into crafting each timepiece, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You are provided 2 business days from the time of delivery to inspect your order for errors, defects, or damage. You can contact us for any return question at doctorsofhorology@gmail.com.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect order, contact immediately at the email above. We will respond within 10 business days with a course of action and any documentation or evidence that may be required. If we have made an error, we will replace the products you received with the correct item, or we will discuss any approved exception to the above policy.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail,
within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a
replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we
will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of
payment.
